Dr Nigel Clarke has been my cardiologist for the last 12 years. It was agreed some time ago that I would eventually need an operation to have a TAVI inserted. He was comprehensive and attentive in making sure that I was prepared for this major operation, giving me every conceivable test before my heart surgery.

He could not have prepared me better for the operation, which has been a success.

I have so much confidence in Dr Clarke that I have been happy to trust him with my life. I feel that he has excelled in his ‘duty of care’ to me as his patient and I am hugely indebted and grateful to him.
